“In Q4 2019 we engaged the services of Berka Solutions to provide support for the development of the scope of works, compiling a list of potential viable candidates and assessment of these companies. The final outcome was to propose:

1. A Facilities Management Company who would have the capability to run and manage all activities for the day-to-day operational running of a large pharmaceutical site that had closed down but had to maintain compliance with an EPA license. In addition, this company had to support a large Engineering company in ensuring the decommissioning of the site will be successfully and safely carried out.
